夾膠玻璃laminated夾層玻璃是在兩片或多片玻璃層間夾上一層或多層堅韌、粘結力強的聚乙烯醇縮丁醛（PVB）中間層，經(jīng)高溫高壓加工制成。采用透明PVB膜制成的夾層玻璃，外觀及安裝使用方法與普通玻璃一樣，而且經(jīng)久耐用。 特點安全性：PVB膠膜的韌性非常好，在夾層玻璃受到外力沖擊破裂時，PVB膠層會吸收大量的沖擊能，并使之迅速減弱，所以夾層玻璃很難被擊穿，即使玻璃被擊裂，仍能完整地保持在框架內(nèi)。 隔音性：PVB膠膜對聲波有較強的阻尼作用，聲波通過夾層玻璃時明顯減弱，使工作或家居減少噪音的干擾。防紫外線：夾層玻璃對紫外線有極高的隔斷作用（高達99%以上），可以保護您室內(nèi)貴重家具、陳列品、藝術品等免受紫外線影響而褪色。 保安、防彈防爆性：用多層夾膠玻璃可以制造各種類別的防彈、防炸、防爆玻璃 防颶風和地震：由于夾層玻璃中間的PVB膜有高堅韌性和強粘結力，夾層玻璃在破碎后，碎片仍保留在原位，在颶風區(qū)和地震區(qū)更適宜采用。 質(zhì)量標準：中國國家標準 夾層玻璃GB 15763.3-2009 Laminated glass is made of two or more than two pieces of glass which one layer or multi-layers of PVB with strong cohesion is sandwiched under high temperature and pressure.
