上海科宇中空玻璃材料有限公司主營：丁基膠,雙組份硅酮膠,雙組份結(jié)構(gòu)膠,熱熔丁基膠,4A分子篩,3A分子篩,高頻焊折彎鋁條,高頻焊普通鋁條,普通鋁條,分子篩,硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)密封膠,中空鋁隔條　　一、產(chǎn)品說明：　　KY818硅酮中空密封膠屬于脫肟型硅酮密封膠，具有較好的彈性和位移變形能與位移變形能力，與丁基膠具有較好的相容性，是專門為中空玻璃裝配而設計的雙組份、中性固化的有機硅密封膠。同時該產(chǎn)品具有優(yōu)良的抗臭氧性、抗紫外線輻射、耐極限溫度（-40-150℃），以及優(yōu)良的粘接性能。　　Description:　　KY818 two component silicone sealant for insulating glass is a kind of de-oxime silicone sealant.　　And it is with the following good features:　　1)High elasticity and excellent movement capability　　2)It is compatible with butyl sealant and specially designed for manufacture of high performance insulating glass,two-parts and neutral curing.　　3)High resistance to ozone,degradation,UV radiation,temperature extremes(-40-150℃).　　4)Excellent adhesion to glass and metal.　　二、使用方法：　　KY818硅酮中空玻璃密封膠須用市場上標準的雙組份混合機器在密閉混合系統(tǒng)混合，施工前須確保基材表面干燥，沒有油酯及灰塵等污染。才能達到好的效果。此產(chǎn)品混合比例：（體積比：10:1、重量比13.5:1）。　　1、不建議位移超過±15％的接口密封　　2、不建議用于結(jié)構(gòu)性幕墻裝配　　3、不建議用于粘接浸水的地方　　4、不能用于會滲出增塑劑或溶劑的表面，這樣可能會導致密封膠性能破壞　　Application:　　The base and curing agents of KY818 silicone sealant for insulating glass should be mixed by standard two-part silicone sealant dispenser with airless mixing systerm.In order to get best performance,please make sure that all the surface should be dry,clean and free of oil and dust.The mixing ratio is 10:1 base to curing agent by volume or 13.5:1 by weight.　　Limitations　　1)Not recommended for the joint sealing with the movement capability over±15％.　　2)Not recommended for assembling structural curtain wall.　　3)Not recommended for continuous water immersion applications.　　4)Not recommended for the surface with plasticizer or solvent permeation.That will cause the sealant failure.　　三：儲存和有效期　　本產(chǎn)品屬非危險品，將原裝密封膠儲存在陰涼干燥、溫度不高于25℃的地方，有效期12個月。　　Storage and Shelf Life　　This product is non-dangerous.It should be stored in unopenned containers in dry and cool place at the temperature not higher than 25℃.The shelf life is 12 months.　　四：采用標準：　　KY818硅酮中空玻璃密封膠符合中國：JC/T486-2001。　　Standard　　KY818 two component silicone structural sealant can meet Chinese National Standard JC/T486-2001。　　五：顏色及包裝：　　KY818硅酮中空玻璃密封膠A組份（基礎混合物）為白色膏狀物，B組份（固化劑）為黑色膏狀物。　　A組份為20升塑料桶、B組份為2升塑料管兩種包裝。　　Color and Package　　Component A(Base):White paste　　Component B(Curing Agent):Black paste　　Component A:190L steel drum or 19L plastic drum　　Component B:2L plastic drum and 300ml plastic cartridge
