單層循環(huán)玻璃夾膠爐 FY-ZK-2 一、設備用途： 該設備的設計比較適合玻璃深加工廠(chǎng)家，可生產(chǎn)夾絹、夾絲、夾裝飾紙、夾彩色膠片和透明膠片等工藝的抗沖擊性、抗破壞性的安全夾層玻璃和單層強化移門(mén)玻璃。其特點(diǎn)是：不需高壓釜，操作簡(jiǎn)單，能耗低，效率高。 二、原理、結構簡(jiǎn)介： 1．該設備的工作原理是：真空袋在邊加熱邊抽真空的條件下，將玻璃和EVA膠片（也稱(chēng)EN膠片）熱合在一起，即形成安全夾層玻璃。 2．本設備主要分為：爐體、電器控制系統、抽真空系統、熱循環(huán)系統、冷卻系統和裝卸系統六個(gè)部分。爐體采用鋼結構，爐內使用兩種高檔保溫材料粘結組合成雙重保護。控制系統為智能化溫控器，可進(jìn)行編程全自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)完成整個(gè)工藝過(guò)程。采用高級優(yōu)質(zhì)真空泵，硅膠板經(jīng)久耐用，氣密性好。發(fā)熱裝置采用水平熱循環(huán)系統，使每層真空袋上下表面受熱均勻，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高。裝卸部分采用電動(dòng)升降，操作簡(jiǎn)便，減少工作強度。 三、技術(shù)參數 1. 外尺寸：6500*3300*2200mm. 2. 較大加工玻璃尺寸：3200*1800mm 3. 控制箱：500*300*250mm 4. 總裝機功率：43KW，加熱36KW。 5. 電源：380V/50z。 6. 采用可編程式智能穩控裝置，能曲線(xiàn)控制升溫速度。 7. 設計溫度：較高200℃。 8. 雙工位左右循環(huán)工作臺，操作簡(jiǎn)單。 9. 生產(chǎn)速度：30-40分鐘/爐。 10. 可根據需要定做。   Vacuum Glass Laminated Furnace FY-Zk-2   Usage: The equipment is suitable for the glass deep processing factory.
